Learn to make basic, old fashion, cold process soap with Sheree
of Mariah Country Soaps.
Join me for an afternoon of soap making!
Class
Description: Students will learn about the tools, ingredients, safe manufacturing and the process of making
hand crafted, natural soap. Then after a demonstration, students will mix their own lye and make their own batch of soap.
Each student will take home two pounds of soap that they made in class and the handouts which includes the recipe.
Class Fee: $60.00 Registration confirmation and directions to the farm will be sent out upon payment
for the class. If you wish to pay by check, please contact me via email.
Class Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Class starts at 1pm so please arrive a little early.
What to Bring: Each student needs to bring goggles for eye protection, Playtex type gloves, an old bath
towel and one empty, regular size can of Pringles Chips with the lid for your soap mold. You are welcome to share
your chips with the class! ;~)
I suggest wearing old clothes that you won't mind if they get stained
(or an apron) and comfortable shoes as we will be standing most of the time.
Cancellations: If
you are unable to make it to the class you signed up for, please give me a 48 hour notice so someone else can take your
place. No refunds for late cancellations or no shows.
