Sheree Tompkins

Greetings,

My name is Sheree. My husband Bill and I, moved onto a small farm in the very windy Mojave Desert (Mariah Country) during the summer of 2001. On our 5 acres we grow organic fruit, keep bees, chickens, and raise dairy goats. We also host WWOOFers and since our farm is just 5 miles from the Pacific Crest Trail, we are also Trail Angels.
.
We have apples, grapes, peaches, pears, and several other varieties of fruits and nuts. We also grow wheat grass flats in our greenhouse. When we don't sell our produce at the local farmer's markets, it is processed into jams, juices, fruit leathers, raisins and occasionally, wine.

We started keeping goats as a source of fresh raw-milk to help with Bill's auto-immune disorders and it didn't take long before we had more fresh goat milk than we could drink. I've always been partial to Oatmeal, Milk & Honey soap so one day I decided to try and make my own soap since we had surplus milk and honey and thus my passion for soapmaking started. I hope you will enjoy using the soap as much as I enjoyed making it!
